1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Magnates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to play Magnates.

• By using the game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Platforms and Access

• Magnates is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• No separate account system is maintained by Yadprowin LLC. Your access is tied to your platform account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with the game code or save files (which are stored locally on your device).

• Reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or otherwise misuse the game software.

5. In-App Purchases

• Magnates includes microtransactions for consumable items and in-game currency.

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued, as consumable items and currency are not tracked by Yadprowin LLC.

• In-game currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the game.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content in Magnates (including code, graphics, and design) is owned by Yadprowin LLC, except for music and sound effects licensed from third parties.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the game.

7. Third-Party Services

• Magnates may use third-party services such as Google AdMob for advertising.

• These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Yadprowin LLC does not control or assume responsibility for third-party practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Magnates is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Yadprowin LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Yadprowin LLC is not responsible for data loss, including loss of locally stored save files or items purchased with real money.

• You use the game at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

• Yadprowin LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of Magnates after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States of America.
