End‑User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Yadprowin LLC (“Licensor”) grants you (“User”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Magnates solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Magnates or any part of it.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

• Tamper with or alter save files, game code, or in-app purchase systems.

• Use Magnates for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Yadprowin LLC, except as permitted under Section 10.

3. Ownership

• All rights, title, and interest in Magnates (including software, graphics, and design) are owned by Yadprowin LLC, except for music and sound effects licensed from third parties.

• This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

4. In-App Purchases

• Magnates may include microtransactions for consumable items and in-game currency.

• Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• In-game currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the game.

5. Data and Save Files

• Game progress and purchased items are stored locally on your device.

• Yadprowin LLC does not provide server backups. If data is lost, deleted, or corrupted, it cannot be restored.

6. Third-Party Services

• Magnates may include third-party services such as Google AdMob for advertising.

• These services operate under their own privacy policies, which you should review separately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Magnates is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Yadprowin LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Yadprowin LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use Magnates, including data loss, device issues, or loss of purchased items.

• Your use of the game is at your own risk.

9. Termination

• This license is effective until terminated.

• Yadprowin LLC reserves the right to revoke this license at any time if you violate these terms.

10. Content Creation and Monetization Rights

You are permitted to create, publish, and monetize gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, tutorials, or other transformative content featuring Magnates (“User Content”), subject to the following conditions:

1. Transformative Use
   User Content must include commentary, gameplay, reactions, educational material, or other creative additions. Uploading raw game assets or unaltered game files is not permitted.

2. Monetization Allowed
   You may monetize User Content through platform ad revenue, sponsorships, memberships, donations, or similar methods.

3. No Claim of Ownership
   You may not claim ownership of Magnates’ underlying assets, including graphics, music, code, or characters. Ownership remains with Yadprowin LLC.

4. No Misrepresentation
   User Content may not falsely imply official partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship by Yadprowin LLC unless explicitly granted in writing.

5. No Redistribution of Assets
   You may not extract, upload, or distribute standalone game assets (e.g., music files, sprites, code, UI elements) outside the context of your transformative User Content.

6. Right to Request Removal
   Yadprowin LLC reserves the right to request removal of User Content that violates this EULA, infringes third‑party rights, or contains harmful, illegal, or misleading material.

11. Changes to Agreement

• Yadprowin LLC may update this EULA at any time.

• Continued use of Magnates after changes indicates acceptance of the revised agreement.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States of America.
